- Baking soda, 0.5 teaspoon

- Nutmeg, 0.25 teaspoon
- Salt, 0.25 teaspoon

Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease or line tin.
- Mix potato, sugar, oil, and egg until smooth.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add dry to wet and stir until just combined.
- Cook for 18-22 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to rack.
