Ingredients
- Orzo, 1lb
- Broccoli florets, 3 cups, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Chicken (or veggie) broth, 3 cups
- Heavy cream, 1 cup
- Sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, .5 cup, roughly chopped
- Garlic cloves, 4, minced
- Salt, .5tsp
- Crushed red pepper flakes, .5tsp
- Oregano, .5tsp
- Ground black pepper, .25tsp
- Smoked paprika, .25tsp
- Parmesan cheese, .5cup, grated
- Fresh spinach, 2 handfuls, roughly chopped
- Fresh basil, 2tbsp, chopped

- 9x13 casserole dish
- Aluminum foil
Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Lightly grease 9x13 in casserole dish.
- Add and stir orzo, broccoli, broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper flakes, oregano, black pepper, and paprika.
- Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30-40 minutes (based on orzo package, until al dente).
- Stir in parmesan cheese, spinach, and basil.
- Bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes.
