Cooking Directions

  1. Boil water and blanch dill for 30 seconds.
  2. Remove dill and place in an ice bath or cold water rinse.
  3. Pat dill dry.
  4. Add dill to blender with oil and salt for 3 minutes (smooth).
  5. Line sieve with 3 layers of cheesecloth or a coffee filter, pour oil in and let strain for a few hours, stir occasionally (do not press).
